Finding success, whether that is a highly coveted executive position or a passion turned into a profitable enterprise, is not dependent on the “right” experience or the “right” education. In today’s technology-infused world, there are specific pathways everyone can take that connect aspirations to reality. I share that message with audiences of all sizes, and in all settings.

Technology is the product of our collective imagination. It holds a mirror up for us to view our own humanity. It connects us and also at times divides us. I explore the patterns and systems underneath our increasingly digital world in order to understand how technology will shape our future.

In high tech or any role, Jennifer Byrne is an advocate for applying original thinking and an innovator’s mindset to create opportunities for success in work and life. Advances in technology can create as much risk as opportunity. Jennifer uses wisdom gained from twenty years in the tech industry to advise startups and mentor young women and leaders on topics related to making the most of today’s fast-changing, tech-infused world.
Her first career, which remains her passion today, was in the non-profit world working with under-served populations.
